@Krista Volpe Hey, newbie investor here looking for rental properties in GWL area. I'm from Warwick and live in NYC now looking to BRRRR up here. Found something in GWL that should work. Wanted to know if you know how rentals are going up here?

Thanks!

Would like some help with the analysis. I'm looking to get my first deal done BRRRR style. I still need to figure out loan numbers as far as how many/if any points will be added. Have at least one partner involved so shouldn't need a hard money lender. And thinking of just doing a 203k loan. Any and all additional advice is welcome and appreciated. Thanks!

Hey everyone, looking for a general contractor in Orange County NY. Specifically Warwick/Greenwood Lake area. I have reached out to a couple so far through HomeAdvisor. Wanted to check on here to see if anyone has any other recommendations. Thanks!

Hey Everyone,

I am in search for my first deal and have found a reasonably priced ($155k) Multi-Family in Port Jervis, NY. Luckily there are tenants in home already which is huge. My biggest question is this area a good area to invest in? Anyone doing it now or have experience here?

Thanks!

@Steven Pratt I live in Queens now and am an agent in the city. I've been looking in Westchester, Rockland and Orange Counties for either a BRRRR project or a Fix & Flip. No success yet but the search continues. Good luck!

Hey everyone looking for experienced investors in Warwick/GWL area to help with some advice on strategies that work in the area. I grew up in the area so I am familiar with it except for the rental market. I am looking to start investing using the BRRRR method and want to know if it's worth it in that area or look elsewhere in the Hudson Valley? Also looking for reputable inspectors, contractors, lenders, etc. in the area. Any and all help is appreciated!

Hey Everyone,

Been on the site for a little while now trying to learn as much as possible. I really want to try and get my first BRRRR done and may have found a possible deal. It's a single family home located in Greenwood Lake NY in Orange County. I have also just started my real estate career (main job is a teacher) and don't have many contacts for lenders, contractors, etc. I am looking for recommendations for these professionals. So any and all help will be appreciated!

Thanks,

Jimmy
