This is a bank owned property that I am currently under contract for.  The price is negotiable.  It is currently occupied.  I am interested in the possibility of an equity partnership as well.  Contract stipulates that the title will be free and clear.

ARV of the house is 200K to 220K.

According to Community Development Corporation of Long Island section 8 rental for 3 bedroom house can fetch $2,300 per month in rent.

The property is a 3 bedroom 1.5 bath low ranch on a lot that is .5 of an acre.  I think the backyard can be subdivided and build another house on it.

@Wayne Stevens how are things going?  Are you now back at your old job?  There are a number opportunities out there for first time home buyers in long island.  You could combine the first time home buyer grant and down payment and closing cost assistance to help do your first house.

I have attended some of the houses available for inspection.  My focus has been on the town of Brookhaven.  This is my first year actively taking part in it.  Will you be registering on site or remotely for the auction?
