Investors, 70% LTV, I read it this morning.

To be sure, call a Homepath lender. Phone numbers available on the Homepath site. On the bottom of the home page, hit "Investors".

Hi Gary, if the pump failed on it's own I would pay the increased energy bill.

I don't know where Your from but in Wisconsin the electric/gas bills have a "Degree Days" number on the back of the bill, this number would make it easy to figure the actual increase in fuel used for the month in question this year, and the same month last year, when the pump was working.

I love Veterans, I even bump them up on the list. But even if Ozzy Ozbourne were a former Marine (He's Not) I'd have to pass on renting to him and his posse.

I don't think the laws protect rock stars or Gospel singers. . . . .Yet.

I would be very gaurded about renting to any professional athlete, I'd assume that they would be traveling most of the time leaving your property open for their friends and party's and who knows what else.

None of the younger guys seem to do well with money, and the more money the worse they are with it.

If I was handed a check for a few million dollars at the age of 19-20, I'm pretty sure the landlord of the $3000 per month apartment and I would no longer be friends when it was over.

I love the glass block idea, simple and cost effective.

Vent if needed.

In the 1980's, Joe Walsh wrote: I stay in hotels and tear out the walls,. . . .. . I have accountants pay for it all.

In 2014 I wrote; Wonderful voice, not sure it would pay the rent though.

I just caught a prospective seller in 2 lies this morning, one about taxes and one about furnaces. This afternoon I found a third lie, about rent totals and reporting them.

I wish I would have walked away after the first lie.

Next!

My agent does none of those things. However, I will thank Her for the "Favor ", next time I see Her.

If You think You need a better agent, then You do.

For what they get paid, You deserve their undivided attention. The ARV thing is just syntax who cares. If they slip on the little things what else is happening

Try a different agent, but don't burn the bridge.
