@Chase Ginther Hi! I found your post when I searched "feeling stuck". I am having a similar issue with figuring out what the best next move for me is. I am a licensed realtor in Michigan, have done a dozen or so flips and I own a small portfolio of rentals. I want to do some larger BRRRR/value-add deals but fear has been messing with me and I feel like I've been spinning my wheels now for months! I've been listening to a lot of Grant Cardone's podcast lately and that's been helpful with getting back into the growth mindset I need to be in. I know that I need to get out of my comfort zone and start finding some off-market opportunities. I also know that doing larger deals is much more of a team sport and that I am very limited when trying to use only my own resources. That's the thing with us entrepreneur types, we can be independent to a fault! Lol

I really hope that you have found the help that you need and have figured out your next move! I would love to hear about it!

@Gabriel Wheeler I just finished the book and am brainstorming ideas on what I want to include. At this point though, it’s a bit overwhelming! I feel like there are many directions I could choose to go in and it’s hard to narrow down what I really want in life.

@Justin Lee Taylor I know it's been a while since this was posted but I just finished reading Vivid Vision and used the search function to find posts on the topic. I really want to create a vivid vision for myself and especially for my REI business. I'm in a place where I am stuck and feeling like I'm not moving forward. I have been writing out some ideas for the VV over the last few days and am willing to share when it's complete.

I’m curious how yours is going? Have you seen any of your vision manifest itself yet?

@Wilson Hunter that’s crummy. There’s no way I could treat people that way and still sleep at night. I guess maybe you can see it as a good thing this guy showed you his true colors before you got involved in a deal with him!
