I'll be in Marshfield next week getting quotes for repairs on a 6-unit property I have under contract.

Sorry Cam, it looks like the weather is going to cooperate for tomorrow night so we are on for 12/2 @ 6PM.  It will probably be a little cold but we will have the fire pit going to keep everyone warmed up.

Being that this is an outdoor event in New England, in the very late fall, we have set aside a rain date scheduled for the next day, December 3rd, at 6 PM.  

Hopefully we'll get lucky again but it couldn't hurt to plan ahead.  

In the event that we do have to postpone either @Christian Carter, @Austin Negron, or myself will reply to this comment/post.

Just wanted to throw out a quick note on this thread that we've created the next event.  With Thanksgiving at the end of this month we're going to be doing December 2nd at 6 PM and a rain date of December 3rd.  Link below...

We are back! Come join us to talk Real Estate investing, whether you haven't done a deal yet or you have done hundreds. Everybody is welcome.

We will be meeting at Snapping Turtle Drive in Kingston in order to allow members the ability to social distance.  Format is a bit different to allow for social distancing so we are meeting at a member's farm and going to sit around the fire pit to talk shop.  Since fall/winter is upon us I don't imagine this format continuing into the winter so we can discuss format and location with all attendees going forward.
