Hello Reginald, the best bet is to attend local REIA's but you can also ask your Real Estate Agent to run a report for Cash Sales or look for Newly Renovated houses for sale and approach the owners!

It all depends on what jurisdiction you are in. Most of it is public knowledge and you can get it by doing research at your local town/city offices. There are some websites out there that can give you a lot of information but I doubt original blue prints will be online, but they could be. Here is Massachusetts I use websites such as patriotproperties.com and visionappraisals.com that usually give me the assessor card information. If you take the trip to the town offices they should be able to tell you if they have stuff online.

Hello Mina, I always tell everyone to always continue to look for deals, look for buyers and look for money all the time. If you get a deal, the buyers will come, if you get the buyers, the deal will come. It is amazing how it works out that way!

Continue to Network, not only at your local REIA's but also with your friends, colleagues, family and just about anyone. Also you should attend other networking groups such as Business Network International and Chamber of Commerce.

Here is a link to other Meetups around Philadelphia area.

I have not personally been to the Philadelphia ones but I have been to many REIA"s / Meetups and they are not a waste of time just for the networking alone.

Deal is too thin for a flipper, but you can utilize other strategies. See if they will be willing to do a Lease Option or owner financing?
