Great Job, the hardest part is getting started!  

I always get people asking me about wholesaling, many times they are newbies looking to get started in their Real Estate Investing Journey.  I put together 12 Simple Steps to wholesale real estate.  I created a blog so you can see the steps involved, if you want to take a real deep dive, you can check out the book!  If you have any questions for me please feel free to ask!  I would also love to know what you think!

We don't offer that, we only charge interest payments.  There may be other lenders out there that do.  Its not good business in my opinion.  You may also find Private Investors that like your deal that could also Joint Venture with you being the money of the project. 

I have some clients that will use this strategy. They will use us for the 1st and either JV or get a private loan for the Down Payment. It's common when they have a family member loaning them the rest. I'm not 100% sure but I believe they usually pay them back a set amount when the property closes or if it's a private money person typically you'll pay higher points on the 2nd because it's not secured.

One of the biggest question I get asked is not about FLIPPING a house, it is about BUYING a house.

When someone plans to Flip Houses, the biggest question I get is "Should I buy the house under my name or create a business entity?"

We can't believe a year has gone by already. 

Last year, we decided to start a monthly meeting, free of charge, that would give investors, contractors, realtors and really anyone interested a place to go for networking and education on House Flipping.
