Welcome to BP Myesha Smith, You have the right idea on starting to Wholesale and growing to become a renovator. A lot of people watch those TV shows and think "I can do that" but they don't have the facts on how to do it the right way and end up in trouble. They either go over the Budget, take there time or spend a lot on the things that won't add Value to the property.

I tell my students to start with 2 or 3 wholesale deals a month until you get comfortable and eventually work your way to renovating. If done successfully, you will reap the rewards!

Good Luck with everything!
