@Son Tran,

Their are companies you can pay to get info you are looking for.  OR

Start here: http://www.mypublicnotices.com...

Pick the state you want..........

Pick the newspaper in or around the city or town you are interested in......

Then look for:  Mortgage's Notice of Sale of real estate... In the ad states the property and date of auction.

MORTGAGEE'S NOTICE OF SALE OF REAL ESTATE

Haverhill has two section and one being Bradford.  In my opinion is the better section.

@Michael Jakubowski

Too many stories to tell.

Presently in process of updating property getting it to sell. (1 March tenant moves out)

I have another property in the process of flipping. (Access to it on ! May)

Presently have 10 properties.

During my hay day I had 34 and worked full time.

Just before the first housing crash in the 1980s I and my wife purchased our first house.

I was confident I could by and investment property.  I had dinner with Bay Bank VP of mortgages and I was trying my best to get a loan.

His advise was to save up.  A crash is coming.  The bank just opened an office for foreclosures. I asked what was a foreclosure.

I live in Dracut, Ma on the border of Ma/NH.

I believe another housing correction is coming.

I believe multiple streams of income is best.

Hi Chan,

I would stay local.

Lowell Five

washington savings bank

You could have refiananced your single family when it was your primary to pull out max amount at a lower rate.  But the numbers need to work.

I use a HEL  (PENFED)  to acquire flips in the Lowell, Dracut and Chelmsford area. I fix them up and then sell.

You should look for  fixed rate.

I hope all is well.

Hi Janine,

Did you check town records to find out where the tax bill is being sent to?

This site might help. All the best.  Paul

Would it hurt to conduct a back ground check on th4e individual not wanting to be on the lease?  In MA you can look up in housing court for free if their were any issues with the individual. Do a google search on the individual
