I bought another flip today and I have 16 going at once. It is a little stressfull, but also a lot of fun. Four of them are on the market with three of those under contract. Three more will be done in the next month and we are getting started on the rest. Rehab budgets range from $20,000 up to $80,000. The biggest challenge is finding good contractors!

Oh, and I bought two more flips this week since I posted this!

 He was a friend of one of my team members. 

 I have been looking at commercial pretty seriously the last couple of months. There is some opportunity there for sure. 

 Not sure yet. That would be very unique which I am a fan of. I could carry a lot of crap as well! lol
