@Ned Carey  That's great! Baltimore can be a very lucrative area as well, I agree. Do you bid at auction? or do you just go directly to the county and buy large lots of liens?   Thanks!

Wow @Dennis Weber really??  How often do they hold sales?  I've only seen other counties in IN do online auctions but not Marion.... Please do tell :) I inbox'ed you as well!

@Account Closed Interesting about SC, I was just looking at Tax Deed properties there, and you are right, they are super close to retail pricing, so I don't see the point... how often does SC have tax lien sales? are they online?

Thanks everyone for the input so far.... keep it coming :)

Hello All!

I have just starting investing in Tax Liens (in January).  I have bought some in FL.

I wanted to network with fellow tax lien/deed investors on Bigger pockets.

What have you bought?

Best states to buy in (besides FL) ?

Any good or bad stories??

Would like to get a hold of more lists of liens in FL and other states as well...

I know that FL auctions are coming up in May/June.. any advice bidding?

Deeds? any success there?

Thanks!

Hello!  I am looking for contractors to help me rehab some rental properties in the Indy area, this would include surrounding areas of Indy as well (Elwood, Greenwood, Greenfield, Anderson).

Any help would be appreciated!

I am an out of state investor, mainly looking for help with rehabbing properties for rentals, possibly flips, if it would make sense number wise.

Thanks!!

@Nathan Click I am looking at SFR, and smaller multifamilies (2-4 units). Don't have the experience to go bigger than that :) Thanks!

Hello All!

I am an investor from NY.

I am interested in purchasing turnkey  properties in Kansas City, Indianapolis and other areas that make sense numbers wise (any thoughts on markets would be appreciated)

This is purely a buy and hold, cashflow strategy.

Any reputable turnkey companies out there that can help me out?? or anyone that has worked with good turnkey companies, please chime in!

Thanks!

Hello all.. Looking to buy rental properties for buy and hold, cash flow. Where are the best states/cities/towns to invest in?? I live in New York (near NYC). However, I have no desire to buy properties around me because of pricing and taxes. Right now, I'm looking SFR or multi families.. ideally less than $200k. Thanks!!

Post: Best states to buy a mobile home park?

Me and my partner are looking into buying a mobile home park. We are thinking of taking the 3 day bootcamp that mobilehomeuniversity puts on.  They have one coming up in Pittsburgh, PA which is the closest to us, but I am not sure if that is a good area to buy a mobile home park.

I am curious to see what people on here think the best states are to buy a mobile home park?

Is it FL? TX? other states?

I'm also curious to see which states are a pain for owners of mobile home parks, for whatever reason.

Any suggestions would be great!

Thanks!

Post: Self Directed IRA for Notes & Tax liens?

Hi Folks!

I have decided to invest in notes and tax liens.

Wanted to get advice on the best company that could help me transfer my Roth IRA into a self directed one, so that I can purchase notes and tax liens.

I'm from NY, but would consider anywhere in the country. Would prefer a company that knows about notes/tax liens.

I looked at a few like Quest and Equity Trust but wasn't sure if they would work?

Any thoughts would be appreciated!

Thanks!
