Are most builders looking for platted lots ( ie with roads already in place) or unplatted would work too?

I'm planning on selling them....I do tax liens/deeds.. and I can get them pretty cheap.. I understand what you are saying about in the middle of no where. I know that the lots I have access to in Daytona Beach are in the city itself, so I may stick with those.

I've heard all of them are hot right now because of the proximity to Orlando.

I am seeking a real estate lawyer in the Orlando area.

I have a piece of land locked property that I need to get "un" locked, this

means I need a "fee simple" agreement to buy a piece of land from my neighbor.

I'm not good at negotiating and have no idea of what to even offer for what I need

for my land.

Hello Everyone!  I need advice on what to do with this piece of land that I acquired from a tax deed sale.  It is this small piece of land, that is basically landlocked.   I spoke to the lady who owns the land in front of me, and she is open to an easement, but my question is:

1- Where do I find an easement form in Florida?
2- Building --- should I build on this land?  according to zoning, I can't put a mobile home on it, because it needs a foundation, but I could put a modular home on it, but I need a variance permit.

The area is ok, it is about 20 min from Disney and there is a nice park across the street.

Any advice would be appreciated!!  Thanks!
