Best states to buy a mobile home park?
Me and my partner are looking into buying a mobile home park. We are thinking of taking the 3 day bootcamp that mobilehomeuniversity puts on. They have one coming up in Pittsburgh, PA which is the closest to us, but I am not sure if that is a good area to buy a mobile home park.
I am curious to see what people on here think the best states are to buy a mobile home park?
Is it FL? TX? other states?
I'm also curious to see which states are a pain for owners of mobile home parks, for whatever reason.
Any suggestions would be great!
Thanks!

This is an impossible question to answer in a forum like this without considerable back and forth. If you think that Frank and Dave's Boot Camp is area specific, it isn't. You should attend just as you should buy George Allen's books and between the two activities you will have a starting point to consider what you want. You should consider calling and talking to the Execs in the various states you are considering as well as some of the brokers like Joanne Stevens who will take time to help newbies.
Your own strengths and weaknesses will play a role in what and where you should be buying as will your current and future goals.
