There are 2 situations: $700K & they didnt want us to interconnect with the PI, but we were doing all the logistics & due diligence.
$250K - we find all the properties & they are just referrals & we interface with them directly!
Bryan I would love to take up your offer for your finders agreement, is it on your website!

Thank you Bryan & Wheelhouse! This particular deal is 100% Funding! We will be doing all the logistics if they are out of town! Im not sure how to hold title? Normally with smaller deals, we use our own cash, but this is 700K & willing to do a fair distribution!
Bryan who is your investor that will accept 10-12% & how much are you putting in the skin?

We have the resources to find lots of RE with large spreads, but not able to fund the Larger deals ourselves. We are in CA, what would be considered a fair distribution to the PI who is/are funding 100% deals. We are Broker/Realtor running our own biz & conduct our Due Diligence in a very detailed & precise manner! How is Title Held? ;)
