In California if you give a 60 day notice to tenant to terminate month to month contract if the tenant leaves two weeks in the middle of the month on the first month do you by law how prorate back the last two weeks of the full month rent or you dont?

I also one more question what does UTD 6/20XX mean is that the date the rental agreement took effect or when the trust was created?

If there is 3 trustees in the trust but only two will be managing the rental property do we still have to put all of the trustees in the contract?

Could you please give an example of the format with the trust name, trustee, and Utd?

Also can the check be made to trustees name or has to be same format as the rental contract agreement?
