What document can I ask the seller before I make offer on expenses on utilities or should I just call the utilities companies and insurance companies to get a quote?

Hello,

If my tenant had been saying they were uncomfortable living there recently because the owner downstairs has been complaining over them making noise when walking up stairs and the owner has confront them to stop walking faster which eventually my tenants got feed up and afraid everytime he confront them and my tenants eventually left my unit because they felt uncomfortable around the owner downstairs can I sue the owner by having him pay the months of rent I will loose for the unit to vacant because he scared of my tenants?

Hello,

If you have tenant in a condo who lives in you upstairs unit and is part of hoa and the unit underneath is a owner whose complaining about all the tenants upstairs walking in the morning that makes noise from them walking go to work which wake the downstairs owner up. In this case can the HOA do anything or can downstairs owner do anything for tenants from supposedly making noise from the walking in the morning?

A seller would be willing to provide utility Bill's and schedule c before an offer is made or this documents are only provided until the property is under contract?

Hello,

When buying a small multifamily rental property what documents will the seller provide you before you buy the property to get a good idea if the property is worth buying or you wont get 6 months Bill's and tax returns after you have the property under contract?

So running the application fee you dont guarantee anyone by doing that they will be your tenant and will not get the application fee back if not choosen?

Do you run background check on only the one applicatant you will most likely get as tenant or how many applicants do you run background check at the same time?
