How would you put in the rental agreement contract the lanlord name if it's with a trust that has two trustees. Would it be just the trust name as the landlord name or would be like John Joe; trustee and Mary stewart; trustee for Joe's trust?

Hi Hubert,

I have two questions that I'm hoping you might know the answer.

1.My dad has trust that has him, mom and myself as trustees if I put the rental agreement contract as the lanlord been the trust name instead of only my dads name. Can I be able to help him manage his properties such as renting out the unit, collecting rent and going to court if there is an eviction?

2. If we can put the trust name as the landlord name where on rental agreement contract do we put my dad and myself name as the contact person for the tenants?
