llo,

If I send my envelopes for direct mail should I put my return address with my name on it or just my PO box return address without my name on envelope or just don't put return address, which one is more likely a person might open envelope?

Hello,

If I have a Spanish speaking tenant that will sign my rental contract in English is it legal for me to translate the rental contract if I speak English to them or should they have there English speaking kid translate for them even if I can do it?

Hello

If your the buyer and want to do seller finance with a seller and with the financial calculator you figure out a good payment, however you give more than the market asking home Price. For example with the comps the home price $100000 but you offer more at bc what point should be the most you offer for home price?

Hello,

Does anyone know what are the exceptions to the California bill AB 1482 that passed. Does it apply to the mom and pop landlords who have duplexes up to fourplexes and does it apply to single family homes rentals and how many units can a mom pop and landlord have before this bill applies to them?
