Hey @Joshua Watson, congrats on the pre-approval! Springfield is a great area for rental investments. The meet up is called REInvestor Group and still meets every 3rd Thursday plus additional subgroups throughout the month.

Hey @Thomas Chapin, there a ton of investors in Springfield. If you are looking for a traditional turnkey company (one that buys, rehabs, rents, manages, then sells the property to an end investor), there are no established companies that do that. I would love to look at any deals that you pass on. We purchase several properties each month in the area.

@Dan Turkel Tax bills for any property can be found at greenecountymo.gov/collector. You can always check each property that you are looking at for last years taxes. (I'm sure this is pretty common for most counties)

Hey @Dan Turkel, there is a lot of great opportunities to invest in both single and multi family properties around Springfield. There is a local REInvestorGroup that meets regularly which would be a great chance to meet a lot of investors. I have been buying SFR rentals in the are for several years. @Laura Dawson We primarily wholesale and rehab retail flips. We try to have a new rental rehab going at all times but are super selective of what we are adding to our portfolio at the moment.
