I’m looking for a real estate attorney for wholesale contracts in the Springfield MO area. Any recommendations out there?

You’re going to need to give a long explanation to any real estate attorney you speak with detailing what wholesaling it is.  Seeing as you’re searching this out my guess is that you are a beginner, which is just fine everyone starts somewhere.  Trying to provide your explanation and being new is tough because you don’t know what you don’t now.

I’d recommend going over to Titan title and talking with Sam. She closes more deals with wholesalers than anybody in town and there’s an attorney on staff at every title company.

Good luck,

Casey
