We want to make it for both experienced and those without. Good suggestions, thanks to much

Quote from @Tim Lucarelli:

I assume the resources guide is for someone who maybe knows about the process overall but likely doesnt have any on hand experience. If this is true, I would also focus on the types of people that would be helpful in the transaction.

For example - anyone can find a deal and start talking with the seller and negotiate a deal. But then on the closing side, the attorney side, etc - listing what each potential person who could or should be involved in the transaction and what their role is would probably be helpful for someone getting started.

Quote from @Greg Kasmer:

Jack - Elements of seller financing that I think would be interesting to call out/explain are:

- Payment structure (length and rate) to seller.

- Tax Benefits of receiving installments instead of a lump sum payment.

- Legal Options for the seller if the buyer does not make payments.

- Visual/Explanation of how the loan looks on the HUD-1 at closing.

Good Luck!

thanks all good suggestions. I appreciate it

We are putting together a Seller Financing Resources Guide, I wanted to get feedback to see what kinds of information you think would be helpful. We want to put in it as much information as we can that a seller would want when considering holding financing. thanks in advance.

We have been servicing our commercial and Investment mortgages since 1989 and now servicing mortgages for others. We service preforming, sub, and non preforming debt. Special servicing and workouts. If interested let me know.

Is there a need for preforming, sub preforming and non preforming commercial and investment mortgagee servicing?
