Honestly...you have about a 10% chance of collecting any money. People who get evicted could care less about a judgement or the collection process. 

This is really a common problem happening all over.. Flippers, rehabbers, contractors, everybody wants to install LVP flooring... But right on the side of every box of this flooring, it says to never install on a subfloor, which is what I presume you have. As a contractor in Jacksonville we are seeing this issue popup almost weekly, almost like an epidemic. 

Heat and moisture gets trapped under the house and the heat wants to rise but the LVP creates a vaporlock, thus inhibiting the mold growth. 

Who ever picked the LVP and didn't read the box is at fault.

It's always a good time to buy if you know what you're doing and you have a strategy.

Pretty typical situation honestly. Just evict them with damages, clean it all up, and rent it out again.

obviously sounds like you have the wrong PM. Just get past this point, hit the reset button with a new PM. Would recommend elenis at thirdstone properties.
