Apologies I want to clarify. The DSCR program we offer allows you to do up to 2 million for the first loan. Accessing the DSCR second lien is a second mortgage behind the first that can be up to 500k. Both liens would still fall under the one property. We can fund this loan before the month closes.

Taking a look at your situation we would still be able to work with you. Even while being self-employed we have a program called DSCR which is perfect for your situation. Since you have the property already we could do a DSCR second lien and we are the only lender that provides this. I would suggest going with this product since it'll allow a person in your situation to obtain a loan.

We currently have a program called DSCR which would be for Foreign Nationals and we could loan up to the amount mentioned with no credit score.
