Is it possibly to get a DSCR if I live overseas?

I am a US citizen but live in Australia. Is it possible to get a DSCR loan? I could put down 30% down payment.

As long as a US credit score is present with the guarantor, there are DSCR lenders that should be able to lend!

If you have some sort of residency still tied to the US then yes it is possible. ANother creative avenue is to add someone to the LLC if you have one who is in the states and have them credit qualify for the loan.

Can't say for sure at this point, but you may have some options. Biggest hurdle is usually the larger down payment that is required, but if you can do 30% it might be doable. Feel free to connect!
