Lending Options for Foreign Nationals

Hello! I am a Foreign National based in the Caribbean and I own a multi-family property that needs a little rehab in Cleveland, Ohio. I was wondering what financing options would be available for me against this property in the absence of a US credit score?

Hey Thomas looking at the situation, we could loan between 500k-2 million. We currently have a program called DSCR which would be for Foreign Nationals and we could loan up to the amount mentioned with no credit score. Since you already have the property we could do a DSCR second lien and could loan up to 500k. Feel free to contact me personally if I can assist you further.
