I understand your question. I don't know a lender that would offer a product for a land that is still in leasehold. My company would work with this if there was a condo property on the land but even that would be on a case-by-case basis. Most companies will underwrite this following the Fannie and Freddie guidelines. By March I could see you being able to find a lender that would work with this.

Currently interested in seeing if anyone has a lender that they use for DSCR first or second lien positions. I know a few lenders go down to 0.75 DSCR but what about a true 0?
