I am in the preliminary stages of gathering numbers for a multi-family investment in the 1M - 2M price range in Broward County. Would love to connect with a lender who specializes in this space.

I recommend talking to @Ash Hegde on this. He is based down here in South FL and very familiar with all aspects of Broward.
