I’m currently listening to episode 398 of the BiggerPockets podcast. I have been listening to the podcast since the first episode stating last January and I have been analyzing deals on Zillow and Realtor.com along with LoopNet and I have not found a house I can invest in. I’m starting to think my process won’t work but I don’t want to quit because successful investors don’t quit real estate. If anyone can comment on how to acquire real estate really cheaply please free to.

This was a multi guest milestone episode with multiple guest and Josh Dorkin coming back. I also browsed Zillow looking for bargain based houses in Los Angeles. I also got the idea to search for wholesalers, real estate agents, and direct sellers on Twitter and now am broadcasting that fact here and hopes someone responds. So listen to the podcast because it gives you ideas.

I listened to the BiggerPockets podcast all day and read 3 articles on real estate. Now I’m going to go study the Federal Reserve’s balance sheets. You can get the balance sheets here http://go.usa.gov/cu8z5

I just took a break from analyzing deals to post something. Well now back to the salt mines.

I'm currently listening to show 169 of the BiggerPockets podcast. I started today listening to show 160 the progressed to listen to the podcast whilst using Zillow and HUD Homes USA. I also used Angeles affiliate of realtor.com to connect me to a realtor who told me finding a home in Los Angeles for $50,000.00 would be nearly impossible. I then asked my uncle who I haven't seen in a while.

While listening to the BiggerPockets podcast I picked up the tip to analyze at least 3 deals a day. I’ve been covering this quota for past week.

If I had 90k I would start a direct mail campaign in 2 or 3 neighborhoods with $10,000.00 and then pray that I could get a deal for the remaining $80,000.00
