Spent most of my day listening to the BiggerPockets podcast and walking. I also spent about 2 hours analyzing deals. I must have seen hundreds if not a thousand or two deals. I saw some potential deals in Los Angeles, Ca and Kansas City, Missouri. Thanks for reading.

I wanted to say that I learned to make an appointment with a potential tenant and see if they are late or not. This shows how they will be with rent.

New investor who wants to learn and earn. I am currently reading a book by Brandon Turner titled THE BOOK ON INVESTING IN REAL ESTATE WITH NO (and low) MONEY DOWN. I have a mantra that goes like this “I will become a great real estate investor.”

I also read the Holy Bible so I guess my mantra should be: “If the LORD permits I will become a great real estate investor.”

Well I guess back to reading. Have a great day.
