Don't forget about the damage it does to your property, the lawn.  I'm sure you have a clause in your lease that talks about damages.

Anyone know of a RE Lawyer in Jefferson County MO or close to it such as South St. Louis County area. One that is Investor friendly. One that know the answers to the questions I don't know to ask!
