Why are so many ads popping up with

RLNE#1234567 (example digits only!) instead of a valid license number.

I am seeing this mostly for residential rental ads, and a few sale ads for properties in CA and a few other states. What does i even mean, i mean really?

I googled and something is mentioned aboutReturning  (Lesee) Non Employee in relation to like cars =L

It dawned on me gosh now are 'wholesalers' now representings properties for rent as 3rd parties or something, too?!

What conglomerate websites do you use for REO search, if any?

Most every improved lot in CA seems to be taxed at the rate of (at least) around 2% of the most recent purchase price =(

Cool hobby! I'd probably try to show the county that I need(?) the variance/conversion for the commercial-grade garage my non-profit historical endeavor requires, yada yada.

I've been told if its touching another commercial lot you have a strong case but if it only touching residential then its better to look into allowed alternate uses like church, doctors office, group home, etc (check detailed zoning statutes).

Wouldn't hurt to consult the local buildings department as well as maybe a pro bono community member that is an architect or real estate attorney or the likes. Hopefully TN-saavy BPers chime in.. good luck!

If you're representing yourself imo it would look somewhat phony to get overdressed just to show your own property, imo.

Serious buyers/renters usually are 100% focused on the property, not the presenter.

Have found the hard way that tenants expecting a same-day interview or showing up at the door even thoughs it say by appointment, as well as tenants that get overly dolled up for the showing turned out to not be the good ones in my past experience.

I'd wonder will they sneak working out of the leased residence and what liabilities or inconveniences that might incur to others.

Cost of variance and chance u wont get it even after all the petitioning.

I'm thinking the city/county would first ask WHAT commercial use do you have planned for this residential lot..

Was hardly a trick but more of a display why I only had 1 year of work experience.

Makes sense a TEMP job is definitely no guarantee of continued employment.

Do lenders like to see contracts for employment rather than at-will?

The letter lenders tend to send asking employers for verification of continued emploment seems pretty uniform.

Some 3%-6% of the purchase price is going towards commissions  so I'd expect a rebate out of that if I was the buyer and found the home pretty much on my own such as searching on Zillow or Redfin.
