Why are so many ads popping up with

RLNE#1234567 (example digits only!) instead of a valid license number.

I am seeing this mostly for residential rental ads, and a few sale ads for properties in CA and a few other states. What does i even mean, i mean really?

I googled and something is mentioned aboutReturning  (Lesee) Non Employee in relation to like cars =L

It dawned on me gosh now are 'wholesalers' now representings properties for rent as 3rd parties or something, too?!
