James, your post really brought a lot of clarity to my eyes. I often find myself trying to figure out what to do next. I think a business plan will help tremendously.

I want my business to have a systems in place. Starting out is one of the most rocky roads but im willing to fight and wait for the results.

Any more suggestions as to what else i need to have and actually turn one deal into a business!

We all know that there are different kinds of low end areas and higher end areas.

Lower end, which area would you choose to invest in? or what do you want to see in a lower end area/Higher end area?

ex: lower end, war zone?, Section 8? ect

Higher end, newer properties? certian income?

AL, great idea! especially in these low income areas. These area definitely needs to be revitalized.

Should I work with a realtor? or is there a website or something that has a bunch of compiled data that i can search.

Michael made a very great point that i am implementing.

How do you go about choosing the correct area to invest in?

Nathan, lol. I remember that year when bret farve made that rookie play. Boy did he blow it.

However, i think this is going to be a awesome game! Pats are coming back for payback from that miracle win the giants had back in 2007. Tom brady has something prove that he is the best and that he can still get it done.

Pats are going to pull this off and when they do, i will be the first to tell all of you giants fans "maybe next year" LOL :)
