Yes, i agree Steve. I just say that im the property manager and keep it like that. I found out that you really have to just keep it business at all times with MOST tenants....LOL

Some may FB but i usually just dont accept or decline so i dont seem like a jerk, =)

This post is awesome...Im young and i have had a few shares of dark light but i know how you feel.

Iwhat were you thoughts at the time when you got fired? did you feel like "what am i going to do"? "Were you down? did you loose sleep...

Just awaking the thread because i believe all of us here on BP has had the cards stacked against us! but hw many of us actually kept fighting and came out on top????/

Here's my question for you and anyone else who wants to chime in.

Im 20 years old rich and i have a son. However, im working 14 hrs days sometime mainly because i want to grow my business but also because i love it so so much. i enjoy.

Now, i dont love this business enough to not be there for my son or even spend time for him. but my question to you guys is "How do i do both? buidl a business and raise a child/take care of a family? This business is used to provide a better life? rights guys? How do i do both??

Can you guys please provide a young guy some direction, please!

Tony: Trust me i know how you feel. I am new to this business and im looking for my 2nd deal and it is kind of taking a while but like some of my fellow friends on BP would say "its a marathon, not a sprint"

I was always told, "Respect will take you around the world"!!!!

Geof, Kudos to finally making the jump into RE full time. Your in a position that most people would love to be in. I totally understand its hard right now, especially with health insurance and having to support a family. However, here on BP we have a decent amount of members that are in your same postion and that is making this business work for them and there family. Continue to browse that threads, blogs ect and network as much as possible. YOU CAN DO IT!!

P.S. i don't think you would have left your job if you didnt believe this business could work and if you were not ready!!!!
