With unemployment still at an all time high and people not feeling really safe being out in public, is it a good idea to still try to wholesale properties? I've read different articles relating to real estate investing and there are different opinions on this subject. Some people are saying to buy as many properties as possible while others are saying to hold off and wait to see how the market and economy does. I would like your opinion on what you feel is the right thing to do.

Hello, I am currently trying to be a wholesaler and learning everything I can possible during quarantine. When evaluating a property, what do you look for specifically and how do you know it is a good deal?

@Ronald Rohde

Hello!

I have not offered a deal on a property, I was simply curious to see would it matter which one I would pick to close the deal.

@Tracy Levy

Hello, you can either Google your county or city Tax Assessor, or you can get in contact with a Realtor to get the information for you.
