Hello, thank you for all the advice! I just checked out "Perfect Storm" and it looks like they have everything in one place. The price isn't bad either. For marketing, I have been saving money up since my high school junior year, so I have money to play with. I am still working full time until I get my license and then move to part time, so that I will still be having money coming in until my business starts to grow. Once I feel comfortable and have clients, I will become a full-time agent. 

I have already made a list of different lead generation ideas, now I have to choose. Do you have any more advice for me as a new agent?

Hello, thank you for your advice! I will for sure be making a list. I was also thinking about doing a post on social media letting everyone know that I am a licensed real estate agent. Where are some good places to find scripts? Anyone you recommend I should listen to or watch?

I am currently working on getting my real estate license, and just completed my first class. I want to accomplish on getting clients. As a new real estate agent and a young one, I am not sure if people would want to work with me. How would I market myself to show that I should be the one representing them?

I am currently studying to get my Real Estate License and want to know what would be the best way to study. It is a lot of information and I really want to retain it. Also, is there specific forums you recommend for me to read?
