Is It A Good Time to Wholesale?

With unemployment still at an all time high and people not feeling really safe being out in public, is it a good idea to still try to wholesale properties? I've read different articles relating to real estate investing and there are different opinions on this subject. Some people are saying to buy as many properties as possible while others are saying to hold off and wait to see how the market and economy does. I would like your opinion on what you feel is the right thing to do.

Never a bad time to hunt for deals. There will always be a scenario where a motivated seller needs cash and is willing to take a substantial discount. You are providing help and a solution.
