What is the best way to fill out a TREC One to Four Family Residential Contract as a wholesaler? Currently, I have been watching videos on what each paragraph means, but I am not sure how to fill it out as a wholesaler. Is there any videos, articles, or examples I can look at? Anything helps, Thank you!

@Joanne Eriaku

Thank you for your advice! Most likely I will do Reverse Wholesaling to make things easier for me to find deals that my cash buyers are looking for.
