Made an offer on a property that matched the seller's asking price. Seller likes the offer but would want to close on the property in 3-4 months from now (January 2019). For some tax related situation he does not want to close this year.
Anyone else has run into this scenario? How did you deal with it?
Looking for:
- best way to approach the situation?
- creative solutions or agreements that could be put in place.
- all possible suggestions.
I know I can let it go but before doing that, want to see if there is a way to make something happen that may work out for me and the seller.

@Rhonda Blue @Michael S. Thanks for your responses.
I just realized that I somehow posted multiple snapshots of same images and same images are labelled with different zip codes. Not sure how that happened and there is no way to correct it.
1.
Image 1: 35811 : NE of Huntsville : Near Riverton elementary school
Image 3: 35811 : NE of Huntsville : Near Riverton elementary school
Image 4: 35811 : NE of Huntsville : Near Riverton elementary school
Any idea on this area ? Too far for people to look for a rental in that area? What will a commute look like from here to Huntsville downtown or to Madison?
2. Image 2: 35763 : near owens cross road school / hampton cove
From what I am understanding, this is a good area but the area has big houses and higher rents. So the rental market is for more high income individuals and families. May be hard to Rent for that reason.
3. Image 5: 35756: Madison
If you look at the satellite image (image 5) the circled area is close to lot of new construction but still very secluded. Any familiarity with the area?
