My questions are part of the properties that I am considering to purchase and is just initial due diligence.
Going there to check it out myself will come later. Nothing beats seeing the areas myself. Agreed.
Plus, for the houses themselves, walk through and formal inspection will be part of due diligence.

So, for now, looking at the expert real estate agents, property managers & investors in the area to give me initial assessment.
