So as you can see the subject said it all really. I'm looking to see if anyone on BP (in the gainesville,fl area preferred)  knows good company or set of people for a kitchen remodel. I've been through a double bathroom remodel but that was a brutal and hasty decision I had to make so i went with Lowe's. They were expensive so I'm not trying to go that route again. So if anyone in this area has some recommendations I would really appreciate it. Thanks again

Hey BP, I’m wondering if anyone has a recommendation for a kitchen remodel in Gainesville,fl or surrounding areas. Also if you have a preferred appraiser because I’m also looking for one too. Appreciate the help and responses.

So I just got done with a mold problem in my first rental property 3 weeks into having a tenant in there! That was a big bill so I decided to just remodel both bathrooms and get it over with since there is already big holes in the walls. Now I just need some suggestions on who to call for the remodel....does anyone have and recommendations for the gainesville,fl area.

So I haven't posted any questions on BP in awhile because al up until now things were going as I expected but now I have question for people who has lived or live in Gainesville,Florida. What is your take on Keller Williams team Dynamo? They had a great presentation but they seem to do so much volume that they forget about things and people sometimes in my opinion, what's yours?

Before i go through with getting pre-qualified for a loan the last thing i need to know is how much homeowners insurance would cost me and if this place is in a flood zone. I just want to make sure that you can find the zones through public records because I looked and couldn't find it. So i want to make sure I'm looking in the right spot. Next i live in gainesville,fl so I want to see if anyone has any recommendations on insurance companies to speak to.

So what I have been reading up on lately to increase my income has stressed to cut expenses and gain additional revenue streams. With that being said I am looking into doing PM on the side of my job. My question is is that a job that is trial by fire or the type you must be tutored to learn? I prefer trial by fire but I don't want to ruin someone's investment.

@Hugo Arce Hodgson

ok those are things Im going to take into account then

@Daria B. @Fred Heller

By the way, Thanks everyone for the input I really appreciate it, I'm probably going to be asking a ton of questions now since I'm in the process of pulling the trigger finally. Im excited though, little nervous but more excited than anything.

@Fred Heller

Oo so i can do that? ok cool now i just need to think of way to do that in budget and hope my negotiating skills are good enough right now.
