I'm going through the same thing with Booking day messages not always sending. And sometimes the check in day message sending on the booking day.  I think I'll also take the demo suggestion, @Ken Boone

Many are now doing zoom video calls.  Google Meet is free with a gmail account.  I found people in the forums very receptive to jumping on a call.

Hi Taylor,

I enjoyed reading Getting the Money by Susan Lassiter Lyons.  It was recommended at a flipping conference I attended last year, but the fundraising methods apply to any real estate strategy.

I'm with Russell.  I see this as way more of a safety move than political.

So a few airbnb books, no one gives a care about.

What Nancy said.  I've never heard that.  I rarely leave a bad review for a guest. That's because so far the only "bad" ones were messy or minor damages at worst.   But I agree that I take some responsibility for letting a future host know that they may be getting a "2k in damages" guest.  Sorry that happened.

Buy another STR on my own, and partner with someone on another. Move to Asheville, NC, and build my network there.

Hostfully, Your Porter, Pricelabs, MylodgeTax.

Agree with Scott Kunz.  I use Your Porter for PMS, Pricelabs for pricing tool, and abb and vrbo.

Another vote for hostfully.  Looks great, easy to navigate, and it's free.  I've recently been to both properties, and was annoyed that the printed versions have both gone missing, but have only had one guest hammer me with questions that are all found in the digital hostfully guide. 😊
