welcome to the BP family this is a great wealth of information. If you have questions look through pass forums and see if it has been addressed. If not or did not answer your concern then ask away.

Good luck

Welcome to the BP Family @Luke Bullinger. Lots of good information here. Look in the forums before you have a questions to see if it has been answered. If you still need clarification post it and let the family help you.

Omar,

Stick with the Credit Unions and start building your relationship. One day they may be your portfolio lender when your business scales up. Business, like life, is all about relationships. I think Adam Johnson is on point with clearly defining good v. bad debt. @Adam Morganmakes a good point for the credit card as long as you can reap the benefits of the 0%APR. Meaning have it paid off before the interest comes due. Hope this helps.

Welcome to the BP Family @Gloria Lazos. Get in look at the information. Lots of good sources on the site. Listen to the podcast. I am new on the site to and am up to show 73. It is a lot of information but has given me some ideas on what I want to do.
Before you start create a plan with the end in mind. The plan will tell you what your next step should be. As always if you have any questions ask the forum.
good Luck

George

If you use this as the others have stated, this sounds like like a MBA experience that you will get paid to learn from it. Run your numbers, if it works out to what you are looking for, don't let the opportunity slip thru your fingers.

IF you do decide to send them your results of the background check, like previously said get it in writing and if you send it electronically, ensure you encrypt it to lower the chances of identity theft. It sounds like it was there choice for not living there not your declining their application. I would direct them to where I got my information and let them know it is available thru that source.  If I was the one declining their application I would send a letter explaining why I said no but would not send the results. from the source. Hope this helps.
