Hey there! My name is Luke Bullinger (23), I've just joined the forum. A bit about myself and my family... My wife, Kassandra(24), and I have been married for almost a year now and we just welcomed our first son, Noah, home about 2 1/2 months ago. I work full time around here.

My wife and I have always been very interested in real estate, over the last 3 years we've made some strides and learned A LOT, some times the hard way. We both purchased our first homes while we were dating. After getting married we bought a house using an FHA 203k loan, fixed it up and moved in to that place. After we rented out our two other properties we decided to start shopping at the auctions, we purchased our 3rd property and now have it rented out.

In May we are beginning our first flip, it's a bit nerve-wracking, but I've poured over the numbers and avoided the 'analysis paralysis' somehow. We plan to move to buy and hold until we can move into real estate full time. I'm currently in the process of acquiring my license as well.

That's a quick peak of our real estate career and our goals as of now... Hoping to meet a lot of people and make some local contacts!
