Newbie from San Diego, CA

Hi All,

My name is Kendra Gedeon and I live in Sunny San Diego, CA! I was pretty much raised in Diego and have no intentions of moving anytime soon (with military life you never know). Although, I have no prior knowledge about real estate, I am a reader and researcher and have learned a lot through my own home search experience. My future goal is to become a community and urban developer, with rental properties in many areas. Much of my knowledge of real estate has more to do with the zoning, and land use development codes. 

I've always had an enterpreneurial bug, now I am ready to take some serious action and get down to business. I am officially looking to work in the wholesaling side of real estate and look forward to learning from many of you veterans out there and building some great relationships.
