is there a time limit for a landlord to fix a broken item once he knows of it ?

Don't get me wrong they look awesome, but they are so "stylish". They will turn off alot of people. As a landlord, I wan't something bland that most people like and it doesn't go out of date quickly!

@Mitch Coluzzi Thanks for all that info, do real estate agents have to put their License # on their wholesaling/flipping business cards, or acknowledge that they are an agent?

@Mitch Coluzzi do you recommend getting "WE BUY HOMES CASH" or something towards that line in big letters? and where is a good place to get  a custom logo made?
