This online school helped me get threw the Principle, Practice, and Law courses that we have to take before we take the State Exam.

http://www.eprealestateschool.com/

Once your done with does, take this live crash course class to get ready for the state exam.

@Carlos O. You should think about getting your license bud.  I started out not knowing  crap about real estate but had the drive to make money at it, so i went and got my license(actually i just passed the test a week ago, i'm waiting on my license to come), learned a lot by studying the Principals and Law course i took, i'm not saying i know a lot about real estate but a lot more than before i took the State Exam, it's worth it in my opinion.

Let me know if you want to get the license i will be happy to show you the websites i used to help study for it!

@Brie Schmidt Thanks for the link, but  it does say this

A real estate licensee shall not publish, circulate,

distribute, or cause to be published, circulated, or distributed in

any newspaper or periodical, or by mail, any matter pertaining to

any activity for which a real estate license is required that does

not contain a designation disclosing that he or she is performing

acts for which a real estate license is required.

A license is not required in wholesaling . Can a California agent please reply if they wholesale without disclosing!

I am putting together a logo and a business card to pass out to potential sellers, and i was wondering if in California agents need to have their license numbers on every marketing they do or at least disclose that they are a real estate agent in the marketing? (i'll be getting my license in 4 days)

Thanks
