Hi everyone

I've been hard at work building a robust automated real estate system integrated with my marketing in infusionsoft for my business and I'm finally super close to being finished. My goal is to build a GLOBAL BRAND for my investing company that will last in this industry for years to come.

I'm just stuck on this last thing: the name. Can you give me your opinion on which of these names I should fall forward with?

SellerGeeks, SellFastCenter, TheSellFastCenter, or SellerCenter

Thanks in advance guys i really truly appreciate it!

Actually I just noticed you said the broker scouts for you..of course you should pay something. To be honest, It's none of your business what the broker makes or how the broker uses his creativity to maximize revenue on a deal. If it wasn't for the broker, you would not have had the deal. But it could also depend on if you have exclusive first access to the deal or not. This business is about relationships and you might not wanna screw this one up all because of a relatively small finders fee.

Actually in my experience it's the other way around, if even that. I will absolutely never pay a finders fee for referring a cash buyer of mine to an agent or another persons property. Also, I won't expect a finders fee from the agent either. I get my "finders fee" (wholesale fee) from the person I'm reselling the deal to. If the guy asks for a finders fee and you never agreed to one in the first place, let him know that's not how you do business.

I ask because I had been thinking that it could be done much cheaper at home if you have the time to produce.  Are you still buying lists or using an old one?

Congrats by the way!  You're awesome.

Thank you!

Yes I'm printing and mailing my own postcards. When you go to USPS, you can apply for a standard mail IMPRINT permit which is a yearly $225. You print the postage on your postcards so you don't need to stamp:

Design you postcards and add the imprint to the top right corner. It's literally a square with your postal permit number. Nothing fancy.

Print them out

Take them to staples and they will cut them ( 75 cents to cut 250 sheets)

Take them to the post office and that's it!

It's SO easy and if you buy a good cheap printer for like $250 you can get the double sided printing ones so it's even quicker. To print about 3,000 quarter page or half page size postcards would take like 2-5 hours or less AND you can do the BIG postcards and still pay only .238 cents.

I am still mailing to the same original lists but also I have access to the MLS so I'm constantly adding names to my lists (even though I haven't been consistently mailing to them every single month). I think I'm going to start cycling them and mailing for a total of 2 years or something but not sure yet.

Congrats! You closed and that is the start of your MOMENTUM. I work mainly with SFR in Miami Dade & Broward.
