I'm a long time mortgage originator since 1997. I'm licensed in FL, CO (lived in Denver 15 yrs), and MI ( grew up in Livonia). I'm also a licensed Michigan CPA, but I don't practice. In the coming months I'll be looking for a money partner(s) to do flip and sell and rehab/rent investing.
