Welcome @William Hale !!

Similar to John and Nicolo, I too started with my first (and only thus far) investment as a vacation rental condo. If you can sort out a good prop mgmt arrangement, it can be a great investment/venture/adventure! You are in the right place for info gathering and bouncing ideas around with others.

Good luck!

@J. Martin Thanks again for organizing, for the next one I hope to stay longer. Re: Palm Springs vacation condo/s, the current season is "high travel season" so rentals numbers/reservations are great now/through April. Snow birds are happy to leave zero degree weather behind for a month or two of warm(er) weather. The true test for vacation rentals in the desert is the "low season" or summer, which I have not yet experenced...to be cont on that front. And...I'm always happy to play/chat about tennnis, and REI--two great interests!

@Account Closed Yes, with my glasses off--it can have the superman effect, I should update my BP photo without glasses. :) Unfortunately I was only at meetup for short period of time, but hope to meet/have an exchange with you at the next one!

Best,
Cory

Hello Ralph--you have found a fab site with a wealth of info from experienced investors. I'm sure you will find the info you need to thrive as a wholesaler in Vallejo. Welcome to BP!

@Joshua Dorkin Great leaders recruit the best and brightest. :)

@Jon Holdman Ironically, I see it as being the good guy. :) Definitely appreciated, by many upon many no doubt.

Happy Friday!
